As for the Han remark, middle Korea gathering, the government investigate "fear of the United Nations Charter violation" clearly

Following the problem that Ban Ki Moon (bread ギムン) Secretary-General of the United Nations demanded reflection from Japan by history recognition, the Japanese Government started the investigation of facts as (Ministry of Foreign Affairs official) who "it was appropriate as a remark of the Secretary-General of the situation that should follow neutrality, or wanted to confirm it" through living-in-Seoul Japanese Embassy.
When "Secretary-General and the staff must be careful with any action to damage the position as the international staff taking responsibility only for this mechanism (the United Nations) in United Nations Charter Article 100," it prescribes it.

The government is going to refer for the intention of the remark of Han for the United Nations. I am to explain the viewpoint of Japan as (Ministry of Foreign Affairs official) who "may give misunderstanding in the global community" at the places such as the United Nations General Assemblies of September.
