The statement that Chief Cabinet Secretary Yohei Kawano of the Kiichi Miyazawa Cabinet expressed a sincere apology and a feeling of the reflection to a former charity dame in August, 1993. I do not adopt it at a Cabinet meeting. About an offer, "government officials have taken part in this direct"; "generally as for the offer, the transportation, the management authorized the forced nature, was performed against the intention of people".
