On 22nd on a Chinese net bulletin board "on earth, a Chinese, "the anti-Japanese movement" is for anything"? An article titled "is placed and becomes the topic. A document photograph. (Record China)
Present China regards Japan with hostility and I am filled with a voice to appeal for "an anti-Japanese movement" and overflow. Japan "is grudge marrow" immediately! A youth of ", do you know how was actually Japan and relations of China? I will tell whether I am what doing, and Japan came to China from reform and opening up of China for 30 several years.
The Japanese-Chinese trade relations began in the 1950s in form of the semi-governmental management. In a way of the introduction such as technical facilities being cut off in China by the Soviet Union and the Eastern European countries when it is the 60s, and China-USSR relationship turns worse, and finding means of escape in Japan. After Japan and China diplomatic normalization of 1972, the two countries conclude a trade agreement. It was the greatest trade partner, and, for 20 years until 1966 and the mid-1980s, in Japan, Japan bloomed a second time again from 1993 through 2002 in the greatest trade partner in substitution for Hong Kong from the late 80s through the early 90s for China.
The Japanese company started direct investment to China in 1979. The direct investment to China soars in the early 90s. For example, the amount of direct investment of the manufacturing industry of Japan to China was 164 million dollars for 1,990 years, but increases with 3,580 million dollars explosively in 1995. In the late 90s, the Japanese direct investment to China decreased by the political influence of the two countries or a financial crisis in Asia largely for 4 consecutive years in the daytime, but increased again from 2000. It was the first place, and Japan gave direct action to development of the trade with a direct investment total sum to China in the daytime.
And Japan is earlier than which country and is the country which held out help to China after the reform and opening up. China received the most from 1982 through 1984, and the ODA (ODA) of Japan was a country. ODA of Japan occupies 45% of financial support total sum of a member nation of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) substructure, Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and the international organization to China from 1979 through 1984; in the world first place. Among the help from the foreign country which China received in 1989, help of Japan accounted for nearly 70%. In 2000, the ODA of Japan to China is 61 of the ODA total sum from the government of every country to China. I occupied 2% and exceeded other ODA total sum only by ODA of Japan.
ODA includes yen loan and grant aid, three kinds of the technical cooperation. The total sum of the yen loan that Japanese Government promised an offer for from 1979 through 2006 to China amounted to 3,200 billion yen. As for the history of the yen loan of Japan to China, I told the end for 46 billion yen of 2007 last.…
But grant aid and the technical cooperation are continuing.
The modern industry of China developed by a Japanese technique basically to this day. The development might not have the home-appliance maker which we knew well without a Japanese technique. As for the daily necessities which we use, most are copies of the Japanese product. The industry such as the heavy industries of China, iron manufacture, a car, the energy introduces a Japanese technique, too or adopt procedures called the joint management in the daytime. Judging from an objective fact, a Japanese shadow is reflected in our all industry. Then what do you boycott?
I am intended to do one's life with the consumption wealthily, and some kind of islands are not for it and are not for some kind of politics. I take good care of oneself and love families, and it is patriotism I follow a law, and to work hard at work. In clothes called "the patriotism", it is not patriotism to perform an act hurting a countryman. Because the happiness of the family is the biggest happiness. (translation, editing / Hongo)
Hey --
Every year it's the same: In the days leading up to the State of the Union, the phone rings off the hook with everyone trying to figure out what will be in the President's address.
We're now just four days out -- and the President wanted you to get the first preview of what this speech is all about. As always, he'll be working on it right up until game time, but three words sum up the President's message on Tuesday night: opportunity, action, and optimism.
The core idea is as American as they come: If you work hard and play by the rules, you should have the opportunity to succeed. Your ability to get ahead should be based on your hard work and ambition and who you want to be, not just the raw circumstance of who you are when you're born.
On Tuesday night, the President will lay out a set of real, concrete, practical proposals to grow the economy, strengthen the middle class, and empower all who hope to join it.
RSVP now and watch the enhanced State of the Union on WhiteHouse.gov this Tuesday night:
In this year of action, the President will seek out as many opportunities as possible to work with Congress in a bipartisan way. But when American jobs and livelihoods depend on getting something done, he will not wait for Congress.
President Obama has a pen and he has a phone, and he will use them to take executive action and enlist every American -- business owners and workers, mayors and state legislators, young people, veterans, and folks in communities from across the country -- in the project to restore opportunity for all.
It will be an optimistic speech. Thanks to the grit and determination of citizens like you, America has a hard-earned right to that optimism. Five years after the President inherited the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, our businesses have created more than eight million new jobs in the past 46 months, and they're primed to create more.
With some action on all our parts, we can help more jobseekers find work, and more working Americans find the economic security they deserve. That's why, in the week following the speech, President Obama will travel to communities across the country -- including Prince George’s County Maryland, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, and Nashville, before returning to the White House to outline new efforts to help the long-term unemployed.
You need to tune in on Tuesday -- because this is about you.
Thanks,
Dan

P.S. -- Senior White House staff (myself included) will take to our computers and answer as many of your questions as we can the day after the big speech. We want you to be a part of it -- check it out now.
gency unemployment insurance is a vital economic lifeline for millions of Americans who are looking for work -- and because Republicans in Congress failed to act at the end of 2013, that lifeline was taken away from 1.3 million Americans. Congress can fix this before it affects millions more. Take a closer look the numbers behind why this matters: http://www.whitehouse.gov/share/four-numbers-on-unemployment-insurance Stay Connected
