韓国の新聞を読んでいると、１年に何回か「神の職場」という表現に出合う。

　「神の職場」と聞いて、日本人はどんなイメージを抱くだろうか。周囲に尋ねてみると、神社や教会のことと思う人もいる。「営業の鬼」とか「会社法の神様」と言われる重役の執務室、あるいは「溶接の神様」などとあがめられる匠が腕を振るう作業場を挙げた人もいた。

　私は、待遇は恵まれていないのに、世のため他人（ひと）のために黙々と仕事をする人々が集まっているような場所を想定してしまう。

　宗教観、職業観、あるいは人生観によって、さまざまなイメージが抱かれるのは当然と思うが、韓国で「神の職場」と言ったら、ほとんど一種類の職場環境しかないようだ。少なくとも、韓国の３大新聞は「神の職場」という名詞を、同じ意味で使っている。

　「韓国電力は年俸が１億ウォン（約９５７万円）を超す社員が１０００人近くおり、依然として《神の職場》といわれるほど給与が高い」（朝鮮日報２０１１年１２月８日）

　これは、頻繁に停電事故を起こす韓国電力の怠慢さを叱った記事だ。

　「国連の職員は世界中の公職者年俸の中で最も高い水準の給与である上、ほとんど定年まで働けるだけでなく、福利厚生も良い。このため一部では国連を《国境のない神の職場》と呼んでいる。…先進国はずさんで不透明な国連（の人事、予算）に対して絶えず改革を要求してきた

12月22　入場料無料の　小牧山城夢物語　市民劇を小牧市民会館で開催します
開演時間　1300ー1600　戦国の世　織田信長公の夢の演劇です
小牧山城は織田信長が初めて築いた城であり
日本の城の築城の原型と言われている
また小牧山の南側には信長による初めての
城下町が計画的に整備されていた
近年の小牧山城発掘調査により
小牧山山頂に精巧に築かれた石垣が確認され、
日本の城郭史上、江戸時代の石垣に囲まれた城へと発展するモデルとなった城ではないかとして専門家を中心に大きな話題となっている

自転車事故に保険があった!?

◆漸増傾向にある自転車事故を月々数百円で保障！

自転車事故も含めた「交通事故」は減少傾向（棒グラフ）だが、交通事故に占める自転車事故の割合（折れ線グラフ）は漸増傾向にある

　今年、ブレーキがついていない「ピストバイク」が話題となり、その人気ぶりと同時に、自転車事故の危険性が社会問題となった。「日本損害保険協会」によると、自転車事故も含めた交通事故の件数自体は減少しているが、交通事故に占める自転車事故は5年連続で20％を超えて、漸増傾向にある。

「自転車事故のうち8割以上が自動車との事故で、大ケガや死亡などに繫がる危険があります。そこで、最近、各損害保険会社が『自転車保険』に力を入れていて、特に注目なのがau損保の『100円自転車プラン』。自転車に乗っているときの事故はもちろんのこと、自分が自転車に乗っていなくても、運行中の自転車と衝突・接触した事故によるケガや死亡、後遺障害が発生した場合も補償してくれます。それで、月額100円の少額から加入できるので人気になっています」（FP・横山光昭氏）

　入院一時金や入院補償がついて、より手厚くカバーされる「イチおしコース」などもあり、これでも月額410円。

「配偶者や子供の自転車事故が心配なら、『夫婦タイプ』や『家族タイプ』もあります。身近に起きやすく、しかも大ケガに繫がりやすい自転車事故だからこそ、数百円の保険に入って万が一に備えることが大事になるのです」（横山氏）
