Hi!　Japanese everybody. I want to think, Japan and Korea "are the territories of the own country" together this time about an island floating in the Sea of Japan insisting on. I call Japan "Takeshima" and call Korea "Tok-do" Korea occupies it now.

We had such an event in August, 2012.

It struck this island as the Korean Lee Myung-bak (Lee Myung-bak) President President of country for the first time. In contrast, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda introduced "a regret" into the landing and started an autograph letter to suggest when "I would perform joint instituting (reference) of the issue of dominium of the island in the International Court of Justice".

t is not thought for the common sense to send back the autograph letter which a chief executive of one country gave to the chief executive of the neighboring country. By the way, there is a document to show definitely whether this island is the territory of which country. In what's called "MacArthur tele gram" (telegraphic message), it is the secret telegraphic message that the Douglas MacArthur second (appointment day December 4, 56 - term of office end day March 12, 61) who was a U.S. Ambassador to Japan sent to the U.S. Department of State at the time of in alliance national military general headquarters (GHQ) Commander in chief, nephews of the General Douglas MacArthur in April, 1960.

Because it was canceled classifying it, it became available, and I got the copy of this telegraphic message from an acquaintance. I sent it to National Archives of Washington to check whether it was genuine and had you confirm it. I answered, the person in charge of the hall "copied genuine documents legally".

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe shows the evidence such as a photograph of the history and islanders of Takeshima, the diplomatic note after the assumption of office and places an animation to explain when "Takeshima is Japan territory" in the formula HP of Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the language of all the countries of the world and shows it in video sharing site "YouTube". Including the issue of charity dame, you should appeal to the global community more.

   竹島問題では強硬路線を貫く韓国にとって、頼るべき米国が日本側に立ったのではないかと気が気でないようだ。

呼称の併記に韓国はご不満のようで

米議会調査局の報告書に「リアンクール岩礁（竹島／独島）」

   竹島と「独島」の併記が米国で増えていると指摘したのは、2014年2月20日付の大手紙「朝鮮日報」電子版（日本語）の記事だ。例として挙げたのが、米議会調査局（CRS）の報告書。ウェブサイトには、国政上の各種課題について実施された調査に関するリポートが何本も公開されているが、その中の一部で使われた地図での表現を問題視している。

   例えば2013年8月2日発表の、日米関係をまとめた報告書。地図では竹島が「リアンクール岩礁（竹島／独島）」と書かれていた。リアンクール岩礁は、米地名委員会が標準名として使用している名称だ。そこに加えて竹島、「独島」の順で書かれているのが、どうやら韓国側は納得できないらしい。さらに2014年1月15日付の「北朝鮮：米国との関係、核外交、内部事情」と題された報告書での地図には、「独島／竹島」とまたもや併記されていた。

   民間の地図にも同様の流れが起きているようだ。「ナショナル・ジオグラフィック」の公式サイトでは世界地図を閲覧できるが、ここでも「独島」と竹島は並べて書かれていた。

   島の実効支配を続ける韓国にとって、「わが領土」であるはずの「独島」が竹島と併記されているのが不満なようだ。朝鮮日報は、CRSの報告書が米政府の政策立案、立法過程に影響を与えるため、今後の表記がどうなるか懸念を示した。

 朝鮮日報は、米国で呼称が変更された時期や変更理由についてはとくに書いていない。

   では米国が「日本寄り」に傾いたかと言えば、微妙だ。米地名委員会の公式サイトでは、米国内で用いられる外国の地名を検索できる。アルファベットで「リアンクール岩礁」「独島」「竹島」とそれぞれ入力すると、いずれも結果は同じ島が検出される。ただ、帰属する国名を見ると韓国となっているのだ。もっとも検索結果として表示される地名については、すべて「地理的な主権に対する米政府の見解を反映したものではない」との断り書きがついている。

尖閣諸島と北方領土も中国、ロシアの呼称並べる

   CRSの報告書に掲載された地図で併記されていたのは、実は竹島と「独島」だけではない。先述の2013年8月2日付の資料を見ると、沖縄・尖閣諸島は、中国名の「釣魚島」と、さらに北方領土も「クリル諸島」というロシア名と、いずれも並んでアルファベットで表記されている。北方領土については「1945年に旧ソ連が占領、ロシアが実効支配しており日本が返還を要求」という注釈がついている。竹島と尖閣諸島については、このような記述は見当たらない。

   CRSの真意は不明だが、近年になって火種となってきた竹島と尖閣諸島は、関係各国の間で波風が立たないようにと日中韓それぞれが主張する呼称を等しく用いただけかもしれない。

   一方、こちらも韓国が攻勢を強めている日本海の名称について、CRSの報告書では「日本海（東海）」との書き方で、韓国側が主張する呼称は併記ではなく「カッコ」の中に収められた格好だ。

   日本政府はこれまで、竹島問題の解決のため国際司法裁判所への付託を検討してきた。ただし付託は、当事国すべてが共同で行わないと認められない。過去3回にわたる日本側の呼びかけにも、韓国は拒否し続けてきた経緯がある。

   朝鮮日報は、米国での「併記」の動きについて、竹島問題を「国際紛争化に悪用するのでは、と懸念されている」という言い回しで報じた。安倍晋三首相は1月30日の参院本会議で、国際司法裁判所への単独提訴を含め検討していると述べた。韓国としては、日本に加えて米国からも「外堀」を埋められれば、いずれ共同付託に応じざるを得ない、それは避けたい――。こんな思惑が、朝鮮日報の「国際紛争化に悪用するのでは、と懸念」という表現から読み取れる。

韓国ヒュンダイ自動車グループ（ヒュンダイ）の２０１３年の韓国国内販売シェアが、６年ぶりに７０％台を割り込み６８％となった。

６８％でも相当に高い市場占有率なのだが、ヒュンダイは長年韓国のマーケットを支配してきた絶対王者。そしてサムスン電子と並ぶ、同国経済の大黒柱でもあるので、このニュースは韓国中に大きな衝撃を与えた。

シェア低下の原因は、輸入車の躍進にある。韓国は１１年にＥＵとの、１２年にアメリカとの自由貿易協定（ＦＴＡ）が発効し、輸入車関税が大幅に下がった。しかも、経済成長によって国民の購買力が上がり、価値観も多様化してきたので、輸入車、なかでもＢＭＷなどドイツメーカーの高級車に人気が集まったのだ。加えて日本のトヨタの健闘などもあり、韓国における輸入車のシェアは１２％にまで拡大している。

その上、ヒュンダイは昨年、頼みの綱であるアメリカ市場でも伸び悩んだ。韓国工場でのストによる製品の供給不足、１２年に発覚した燃費誇大表示によるブランドイメージの悪化、東日本大震災から復活した日本メーカーの攻勢などにより、販売台数こそ前年比増だったものの、シェアを４．６％に落としたのだ。

結局、ヒュンダイの売り上げが好調だったのは中国、南米といった利益率の低い市場ばかり。１３年の同社は、業績としては増収にもかかわらず、減益となってしまった。

ほかにも、国内外での度重なるリコールなど、マイナス材料には事欠かない。ウォン安を追い風に世界第５位の販売台数を誇る大メーカーにまでのし上がったヒュンダイだが、ここへきて落日が忍び寄ってきているのだろうか？　自動車評論家の佐野弘宗氏が語る。

「ヒュンダイが正念場を迎えているのは事実です。今年７月以降、ＥＵから韓国に輸入される中・大型車は関税がゼロになるので、国内シェアはますますドイツ車に侵食されていくでしょう。そして、日本車の生産力が復活したので、アメリカ市場でのヒュンダイひとり勝ちはもう許されなくなりました。しかも、ヒュンダイはまだ国内生産分の輸出台数が多いので、現在のウォン高では従来のような利益率が確保できません。日本メーカーのように積極的に海外生産にシフトしなければ、ますます業績は悪化するでしょうね」

しかし、そんな状況をもって同社が落日を迎えていると見なすのは、早計なのだという。

「確かに成長が鈍化しているのは事実ですが、危機的状況にあるとまでは言えません。赤字に転落したわけではないし、アメリカでもシェアこそ落としたものの、過去最高の販売台数を記録しています。企業規模で見れば、ホンダの１．７倍ほどあるメーカーですからね。そう簡単にぐらついたりはしないでしょう」（佐野氏）

むしろ昨今のヒュンダイの状況から読み取るべき答えは、意外なところにあるようなのだ。自動車評論家の舘内端（たてうち・ただし）氏が指摘する。

「国内の高級車市場は海外勢に食われ、コストダウンに伴う開発の省力化によって、リコールが多発する。これ、今の日本車の構造とそっくりじゃないですか。ドイツ車が強いのも同じだし、最近、プリウスやフィットに大量リコールが発生したでしょう？　コスト競争ばかりに注力していたのでは、より人件費が安い国の車に、いつか追いつかれてしまう。先進国のメーカーは、高価でも売れる高級車に軸足を移し、その利益で次世代の主流になる環境対応車を開発して将来に備えなければ、生き延びていけないんですよ」

それを認識できている日本メーカーが、果たしてどれだけあるのか……。
