先頃、トルコがミサイル防衛システムの導入に向け、中国製の長距離地対空ミサイル「紅旗９（輸出型ＦＤ２０００）」を購入するとのニュースが流れた。北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）や米国が懸念を示す中、そのミサイルに日本製の部品が使われていることが発覚。さらに、中国海軍のミサイル駆逐艦「青島」の艦載レーダーに、日本製アンテナが使用されていることも明らかになった。中国の軍事評論家は「国防の隠れた危険」と指摘。尖閣諸島（沖縄県石垣市）をめぐって日本と対立しながら、日本に依存する中国の実態が浮き彫りになった。

　■　問題のミサイルを受注したのは、中国企業「中国精密機械輸出入総公司」（ＣＰＭＩＥＣ）。イランや北朝鮮の核開発問題などに絡み、米政府が制裁対象としている企業だ。４０億ドル前後の争いと見られていた入札で、３４億４０００万ドルの最安値を提示。米国や欧州の企業を抑えたことで、中国国内では「勝利」と位置づけられていたのだが…。

　中国共産党機関紙、人民日報傘下の国際情報紙、環球時報のウェブサイト「環球網」などが、“証拠写真”付きで報じたところでは、このミサイルに日本の大手メーカー製のリミットスイッチが使われていた。また、海軍の潜水艦の写真には、日本の電気メーカーの航行レーダーが写っていた。

　環球網は「中国の国防安全の巨大な隠れた危険～電子部品産業は日韓に独占されている」と指摘。サイトの軍事特約評論員、雷沢氏は「国家の国防産業は、その国家の全体的な工業、情報化能力に根ざしている。この２０年、中国は重工業や産業化の領域では著しい進歩を遂げているが、半導体を主とする大規模集積回路、精密電子設備を主とする電子部品産業、新型材料を主とする材料の応用、加工の領域では、日韓や欧米との差は大きい」と認めた。
